It’s very easy to add lead to existing or a new campaign, it can be added the same as other ad extensions are added.

Follow given instructions to add a lead form

  • Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  • Click Ads & extensions in the page menu, and then click Extensions at the top of the page.
  • Click the plus button, and then select a Lead form extension.
  • Now you have two options a) Create new form b) Use existing form
  • Now select Call-to-action word like contact now or sign up. Then write extension text like “Fill this form to get call back”.
  • Now create form with Headline, Business Name, Description and questions which you want to ask in contact form like name, email, phone number etc.
  • Now you need to create message that will be shown after submission of the form that includes description, call to action like visit website and url of website.
  • You’ll need to review and accept the terms of service the first time you create a lead form extension.
  • Select the campaign(s) that you want to attach the new lead form extension to.
  • Create the lead form extension, following the instructions above.
  • Click Save.

How to Download Lead data            

You can download all collected leads in CSV file but remember lead data will be available only for 30 days so download your lead frequently, daily, if possible.

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  2. Click Ads & extensions in the page menu, then click Extensions at the top of the page.
  3. Below your lead form extension, click one of the options:
  4. Download leads will download a CSV file with plain text headers.
